Lin Fei, a philatelist, still keeps a collection of stamps fished out from the "little Shandong" stamp collecting stall in 1952. After the reform and opening-up in the 1980s, the stamp collecting stall was moved from the alley to the post office in Sinan Road, Nanchang Road and the triangle garden of People's Square. Finally, it was moved to the street garden on Zhaojiabang Road at Taiyuan junction.
