The program focuses on the personal experience of the composer Chen Musheng. Praised by European media as one of the most notable Chinese composers of the younger generation, Chen Musheng studied at the Composition Department of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music in his early years. He went to Europe in 2000 and studied at the Geneva Conservatory of Music. He also engaged in advanced studies in Switzerland during the same period. In 2007, he returned to his alma mater, the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, as one of the overseas introducing talent of Shanghai.
